This was all so painfully relatable, I laughed while reading some of it. I’m sorry if that’s insensitive at all, but I’ve been through so much of this and felt like I was alone for most of it. I was terrified that people would think I was crazy, even other people with OCD. I did get better though, and you can too. 10 years ago, my intrusive thoughts and fears were this bad, and I probably never would have believed I could ever be where I’m at now. I hope you find the same peace.
