This just sounds like a fancy way of saying “weaponized incompetence”, and more misogynistic gaslighting of women. I’m sick of hearing people defend and excuse men’s refusal to do housework, as if they just have lower standards of cleanliness than their girlfriends, wives, and roommates.

Most of these men would absolutely clean up after themselves if they lived alone, because they wouldn’t really want to live in a filthy house. They just don’t do it when they live with a woman because they feel entitled to women’s uncompensated labor.
