The instagram algorithm is designed to show you more of what you’ve already looked at. If you don’t want ass pictures, look at better content. There are plenty of people making art and educational content, and using Instagram for political activism.

I’ve been using Instagram for several years and have yet to see a single ass picture from anybody I follow. Sounds like you need to go through your subscriptions list and take out the trash.
