Open offices save money compared to private ones, but the cheapest option by far is allowing employees to telework from wherever they feel comfortable, whether that’s home, a coffee shop, or a private workshare organization. But of course, letting employees have that freedom would undermine their real motives of just wanting to micromanage and control every second of workers’ lives.
