Most of these things wouldn’t be problems if those employers would just fucking let people work…

Employers won’t hire autistic candidates because of ‘culture fit’ reasons. We don’t socialize the “normal” way. Traditional work environments are not optimal for autistic employees because of the social expectations, sensory sensitivities, office politics, and disruptions in the workflow, requiring accommodations to help us be productive and maximize our potential.
Stop Selling Autistic Strengths as “Superpowers” to Employers

Most of these things wouldn’t be problems if those employers would just fucking let people work remotely. It’s an easy solution, not just for autistic people but anybody with disabilities, invisible or otherwise.
