I’m sorry you have to go back to an office temporarily. Don’t be afraid to ask if you cna work from home after your training period is up, and push for as many remote days as possible if they’re showing any potential of a compromise

If not, I do recommend continuing to search for another source of income that is more flexible. The employers won’t change until we show them in large enough numbers that we’re done letting them micromanage and monoplize our free time
