If it makes you feel better, I’ve taken a lot of psychedelics and the worst trip I’ve ever had was on weed. Cannabis is most definitely a fully psychedelic substance, and it also lacks the mental clarity of substances like psilocybin and LSD. I often have to reassure people that they’re reaction to weed is not a reliable indicator of how they’ll handle classic psychedelics.
