Good advice, although I disagree with not taking more drugs. Benzos are a great option if things are getting really bad, and ALWAYS better than calling 911 and ending up with a huge bill and potential legal charges. Bad trips happen on a spectrum, and those who shame people for using benzos as an emergency option probably don’t know from experience how bad it really can get.
