9-5 corporate office culture absolutely repulses me on every level. I’m in grad school so I can eventually have a career in academic research and still have to take so many “professional development” classes where they aggressively push us to consider 9-5 desk jobs in government or for private companies. No fucking thanks, if what I had wanted in life was to be a cubicle slave, I wouldn’t have even bothered to waste time on an undergrad degree.
